# Our Solution

### Actively managed Multiple-Asset Vaults <a href="#actively-managed-multiple-asset-vaults" id="actively-managed-multiple-asset-vaults"></a>

Mimik Finance is a decentralized platform l that supports effective Multi-Asset Vault approaches for active portfolio management. It also provides a seamless platform for traders and asset managers allowing them to build a portfolio with an access to both spot and derivative markets. The platform provides users with access to actively managed portfolios, which are designed to optimize returns and minimize risks.

The platform uses a non-custodial approach to ensure the safety of its users' funds. Mimik Finance utilizes smart contracts on Arbitrum's Layer 2 solution to facilitate peer-to-peer trading of cryptocurrencies without the need for a centralized authority or intermediary.

#### Transparency, Accessibility and Security <a href="#transparency-accessibility-and-security" id="transparency-accessibility-and-security"></a>

Users on Mimik Finance can copy and create their portfolio without any entry barrier and minimum fund requirements. Mimik Finance prioritizes security by implementing smart contracts for secure and automatic transaction execution, conducting regular security audits, and using advanced encryption and security protocols to protect users' funds.

#### Asset Manager Trading Rights <a href="#asset-manager-trading-rights" id="asset-manager-trading-rights"></a>

Users can copy and create their portfolio by copying multi-asset vaults on Mimik Finance platform. Traders and asset managers are permitted with only trading rights for managing the Vaults, rendering users in complete custody of their assets.

All transactions are recorded on the blockchain, creating an immutable record of every trade and transfer. This allows for all parties involved to verify the accuracy of the Vault's performance data and track the flow of funds with complete transparency.

Mimik Finance is governed by its community of MMK token holders. Please read more about governance processes here
