# Token Use Case

1. **Voting on Key parameters**

Governance rights to vote on key parameters of the protocol, such as whitelisting tradeable assets, approving integrations of new trading platforms, modifying protocol and vault fees, and directing bonus incentives to various vaults.

**2.  Staking**

MMK token holders can stake their tokens on the Mimik Finance platform and receive rewards by participating in staking pools. APR is based on the total number of MMK tokens staked and the total rewards for the pool.
